Organic vintage beef coming soon

We currently have some vintage  beef ageing in our coldroom.

Iris will start cutting the front end after it’s been aged 21+ days.
We expect front end cuts to be available from Wednesday 15th September.

The prime cuts will be done at 28+ days dry aged, which we’ll expect to be available from Wednesday 22nd September.

If you like to pre-order any specific cuts of beef, please get in touch as soon as possible.

  • Diced beef
  • Shin
  • Rib eye
  • Spare ribs

Prime cuts, from 22nd September:

  • Fillet
  • Sirloin
  • Rump
  • Topside
  • Silverside
  • Premium Burgers
