We currently have some beef ageing in our coldroom.
Iris will start cutting the front end after it’s been aged 21+ days.
We expect front end cuts to be available from Wednesday 29th April.
The prime cuts will be done at 28+ days dry aged, which we’ll expect to be available from Wednesday 6th May.
If you like to pre-order any specific cuts of beef, please get in touch before Monday 27th April.
