Earlier this week we let our cows out for the first time this spring. They were very happy!

Change in milk flavour

You might notice a change in the taste of the milk. This is simply due to the change in our cows diet. They are now munching on fresh pasture during the day.
At night they still get silage to eat (pickled grass).

Once the weather improves even more, they will also go outside during the night and just come inside for milking.

We also had some new arrivals, which are all doing well.
