We’ve sent in a prime beef animal in for slaughter.
We’re now taking pre-orders. Please contact us if you like to pre-order some meat and let us know by Monday midday on 24th January.

From Wednesday 26th January we should have:
– Mince
– Braising / stewing steak
– Brisket
– Diced beef
– Diced shin
– Osso buco
– Rib eye steak

From Wednesday 2nd February we should have:
– Fillet steak
– Sirloin steak
– Rump steak
– Rib eye steak
– T-bone steak
– Beef burgers
– Topside and Silverside Roasts
