About our beef

As you probably know, we keep organic Jersey cows for milk production.

The male Jersey calves and cross bred calves (Angus mostly) that are born are kept for meat, instead of sending them to auction at a young age.
They tend to spend their first winter inside, but once big and strong they will stay outside throughout the winter months. They just grow a beautiful wooly coat!
