We have been supplying a restaurant in London with our own vintage Jersey beef and some local (non organic) mutton.
The restaurant is run by a childhood friend who used to live in Inglewhite village.
Due to covid, the restaurant is forced to close again, which means we are trying to help out and as a one off have some mutton for sale!
The mutton has come from another friend who farms in Bleasdale, the Forest of Bowland.
