
Even though the cows have kept going outside all winter eating kale, from today they’re back on fresh grass!
This is the first year we’ve been able to keep our cows going outside all year round. This is thanks to our cow tracks and the field of kale where the cows grazed during the winter months.
Fresh beef!
We will also have more fresh beef available from next week, Wednesday 22nd February.
This meat will have come from a young retired dairy cow, so it’s classed as vintage.
