We will have more fresh beef available from Wednesday 10th August.

By Friday 12th August we should have:

– Braising / stewing steak
– Brisket
– Diced beef
– Diced shin
– Osso buco
– Rib eye steak
– Spare ribs

By Friday 19th August we should have:
– Fillet steak
– Sirloin steak
– Rump steak
– Rib eye steak
– T-bone steak
– Roasting joints
