We make our ice-cream here on the farm and use our own Organic milk, cream and eggs.

The rest of our ingredients are bought in from a reputable supplier.

We sell our ice-cream in tubs of 100 ml and 480 ml tubs.

Chocolate
Ingredients:
Jersey milk, Jersey cream, glucose powder, hen eggs, sugar, skimmed milk powder, guar gum, cocoa powder.

Strawberries & Cream
Ingredients:
Jersey milk, Jersey cream, glucose powder, hen eggs, sugar, skimmed milk powder, guar gum, strawberry paste (strawberries, sugar, glucose syrup, E330, flavours, colours: E150a, E160a, elderberry extract, Thickener:E440)

Salted Caramel
Ingredients:
Jersey milk, Jersey cream, glucose powder, hen eggs, sugar, skimmed milk powder, guar gum, caramel paste (sugar, water, E150d (contains sulphites), natural flavouring, modified starch, citric acid.), sea salt.

Mint chocolate chip
Ingredients:
