The week commencing Monday 10th October we have the following available.
For quantities and prices please see our Seasonal page for more information.
On the Farm
Last night was the first time the cows stayed inside for the night. They will still go outside during the day for a few more weeks if the weather holds, but it will not be long before they are inside permanently until spring.
At night the cows are now eating straw and luzerne, so you might notice a slight change in the flavour of the milk. This is simply due to the change in diet.
We’re hoping to get our last lot of silage made next week as it’s meant to be a good week weather wise. So fingers crossed!
The contractors have also come to plough and re-seed some of our fields.
