Weekly update

Seasonal fruit and veg
The week commencing Monday 30th January we should have the following available:

  • Parsnips
  • White onions

Cream change
From Monday 6th February the cream will change in pot size, due to change in pot supplier.
The pots will change from 284 ml to 230 ml.
These will be £1.25 from the farm gate and £1.65 for delivery.

Butchery
Today and tomorrow Chris and myself (Iris) will be cutting up 2 veal carcasses. This means that from Monday 30th January we will have fresh veal available again!

We’ll be making some more gluten free sausages as they have proven to be very popular.

Once we’ve cut all the meat it will be advertised on the Meat page.

Ice-cream
We’re currently out of our delicious chocolate ice-cream and large vanilla ice-cream, but I’m hoping to make another batch next week, so fresh ice-cream should be available again from Friday 3rd February.
